Founder & CEO

Strategis Global Advisors was founded by Joël Flores Carpio, a French-Bolivian investment banker, entrepreneur, and cross-continental strategist with over 25 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, project finance, and energy-transition technologies across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Throughout his trajectory, he has led complex M&A and financing operations for multinational groups in telecommunications, energy, mining, defense, and venture capital, structuring cross-border alliances and public-private partnerships under both European and Asian jurisdictions.

His approach combines financial precision, geopolitical foresight, and cultural intelligence, enabling him to advise and mediate between governments, institutional investors, and industrial actors in sensitive and high-impact contexts.

Joël Flores-Carpio currently serves as CCE and Special Advisor to the Global Council for Responsible Transition Minerals of the Paris Peace Forum, where he contributes to global efforts fostering ethical sourcing, sustainability, and cooperation across the critical minerals value chain.
